Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy
At Rewind, every garment is thoughtfully produced in limited quantities and many pieces are made-to-order or handcrafted specially for you.
Therefore:
- Orders once confirmed and placed cannot be cancelled or modified.
- We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, sizing preferences, delayed delivery by courier partners, or slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, lace, or handcrafted detailing.
- Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged during transit. An incorrect item has been delivered.
To be eligible:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video and clear images must be shared with us.
- The product must remain unused and in its original condition.
- Once verified by our team, we will process an appropriate resolution.
